Ted & Tami Miller, Senior Pastors
Ted Miller has been actively engaged in full-time ministry for the past 15 years. Most recently Ted was the lead pastor of CrossRoads Church in Temecula, CA. Under his leadership CrossRoads expanded its influence throughout the local valley and around the world through an increased focus on missions and fulfilling the Great Commission. Ted’s balanced Bible teaching and engaging preaching style have been acknowledged by others through invitations to share with church leaders in Central America, the Middle East, and the Far East. These opportunities to witness the works of God around the world fuel his desire to see the local church realize its full potential and provide him with invaluable insights to share with the church family of Grand Junction First Assembly.
Both Ted and his wife Tami grew up in pastor’s homes, an experience that has given them a rich heritage of ministry. Their life experiences have given them an appreciation for the needs facing the Church and the power of God to meet those needs, and have equipped them for the challenges of their present ministry.
Away from the pressures of his ministry schedule Ted enjoys a good book, a round of golf, the Dallas Cowboys, fishing and the awesomeness of God’s creation. The Millers have a heart for God and a deep desire to serve Him throughout the world. They believe that ministers can and should exhibit spiritual power, build quality relationships, while remaining authentic throughout the process. Ted and Tami have three children, ages 10, 8, and 6 and they treasure watching their family grow and fulfill its God-given potential.

Jerry Boschen, Associate Pastor
Pastor Jerry holds a
BA Degree from North Central University of the Assemblies of God, he has been a Bible Teacher for 55 years and a pastor for 20 years. He is retired from a 26 year career as a manager at US West.

Ryan Cook, Executive Ministries Pastor
Ryan is a father of 4 children and the husband of Renee for the past 17 years. After having successful careers in retail management and construction, Ryan is now fulfilling his ultimate calling by serving as an Executive Ministries Pastor.
Ryan loves family and friends, being outdoors, playing any competitive game,
and downloading podcast for his on the go listening pleasure. He also spends time blogging on his website, you can check it out at: www.ryancook.net

Mike Wallis, Youth Pastor
Mike and Jenelle Wallis have recently joined the GJFA staff this past November.
For the past five years Mike has served as Youth Pastor at Crossroads Church in Temecula Ca. He has a deep passion to see students serve God with their whole heart. Mike and his wife Jenelle are gifted speakers whose desire is to deliver exciting, relevant messages that impact our youth today. Mike and Jenelle have three great children. Ariana, Michael, and Alyssa. Mike was born in San Diego CA. and is an avid Charger fan. (Please don’t hold that against him). Mike believes more than ever that this is the generation God wants to use to impact this world for His glory.

Tami Miller, Worship Leader
Tami's goal as a worship leader is to bring our church family into the presence of God every time we get together. Her worship style has been described as open, spontaneous and authentic, offering genuine communion with God for people of all ages.

Brian Steele, Children's Pastor
Pastor Brian joined the staff at GJFA in the summer of 2007. Brian has a passion to see kids lives transformed and also to see parents take on their God given role of spiritual leadership within the family. Brian has an amazing wife, Stacy, and two great kids, Marshall and Kaylee.
